Grape Smoothie Recipe

🥤Pregnancy Power Grape Smoothie

Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 1 cupfresh seedless grapes(red or green, well washed)

  • ½ cupplain Greek yogurt(for protein and probiotics)

  • ½ cupmilkor a plant-based alternative (almond, oat, or soy milk)

  • ½banana(adds creaminess and natural sweetness)

  • 1 tablespoonchia seedsorflaxseeds(rich in omega-3s and fiber)

  • 3–4ice cubes(optional, for a chilled texture)

  • Honeyordatesto taste (optional, if you want extra sweetness)


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly.

  2. Add grapes, banana, yogurt, milk, and chia seeds to a blender.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy (about 30–45 seconds).

  4. Taste and add honey or dates if desired.

  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the freshest flavor.


Optional Add-ins

  • A handful ofspinach or kalefor extra folate and iron.

  • A spoon ofoatsfor added fiber.

  • A few drops oflemon juicefor a tangy twist and extra vitamin C.
