
Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Ingredients (1–2 servings)
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
A few ice cubes (optional, especially if using fresh fruit)
Instructions
Add blueberries, banana, yogurt, milk, and any optional ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Tip:
For an extra nutrition boost, add a tablespoon of chia seeds, flaxseed, or a scoop of protein powder before blending.
