                                        BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Blueberry Smoothie Recipe for a Pregnancy and Postpartum Boost

Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • A few ice cubes (optional, especially if using fresh fruit)

Instructions

  1. Add blueberries, banana, yogurt, milk, and any optional ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Tip:
For an extra nutrition boost, add a tablespoon of chia seeds, flaxseed, or a scoop of protein powder before blending.
