

1 cupfresh seedless grapes(red or green, well washed)
½ cupplain Greek yogurt(for protein and probiotics)
½ cupmilkor a plant-based alternative (almond, oat, or soy milk)
½banana(adds creaminess and natural sweetness)

3–4ice cubes(optional, for a chilled texture)

Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly.
Add grapes, banana, yogurt, milk, and chia seeds to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy (about 30–45 seconds).
Taste and add honey or dates if desired.
